To make a claim, please email us at [email protected]tonproducts.com with the information below:
- A picture of the damaged product using the guidelines below.
- For sheets or blankets please provide us with a picture of the entire left side and close ups of the damaged areas.
- For all other products please provide us with a full picture of the product and close ups of the damaged areas.
- Fill out the information below.
Our Customer Service team will respond to your email within 72 hours and will determine the equivalent replacement product and the replacement cost (if any). Credit and debit card payments are accepted.
